DRAFT โ€” for lawyer review. Not yet the final terms. Version 2026-10-17-draft.

Terms of Use

The service

Nucleus Huddle helps a family keep its calendar, lists, meals, money, chores, documents and Bible study in one place. It's provided by Nucleus Management Systems. Huddle is free during its beta; if we ever charge, we'll tell you first and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your account and family

The person who creates a family account must be 18 or older and a parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile they add. You're responsible for who you invite and for keeping your password and PINs private. You can remove people and delete your account at any time.

Your content

What your family puts into Huddle stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run Huddle for you (including sending a photo you choose to scan to the service that reads it). Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

Helpers, not advice

Diet tags, "fits" and grocery-list notes come from ingredient names and common definitions โ€” they are not medical, allergy, nutrition or religious advice. Always read product labels, follow your doctor for allergies and medical diets, and follow your own tradition for religious practice. Receipt reading, price comparisons, unit conversions and pack-size rounding can be wrong; check before you rely on them. Budget figures are for your planning and aren't financial advice.

Connected calendars and other apps

Huddle can show events from calendar links you provide (for example from Google, Apple, Outlook, schools, and league or team apps). Those services belong to their owners; Huddle isn't affiliated with them and isn't responsible for their content or changes.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Huddle: no attempts to access other families' data, overload or probe the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Huddle running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is" during the beta without warranties, to the extent the law allows. [Lawyer: limitation of liability, governing law (Texas), dispute resolution.] We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect.
